Welcome to the Brockville Concert Band website!

Make Tuesday your music night out!

New members are always welcome – no audition required.

If you enjoy playing a concert band instrument,

please join us at any rehearsal – to play, or even just to listen.

Changes to upcoming rehearsals:

April 30, 2019: in place of our regular rehearsal, we will be performing

in the Brockville Music Festival – at the Brockville Arts Centre.

The BCB is scheduled to perform at 8:45 pm.

The evening session begins at 7:00 pm.

Come early to listen to the other performers!

You can assemble your instruments and tune in the dressing rooms –

entrance is off the alley between the BAC and the grocery store.

Uniform is: BCB shirt, black pants/skirt, black shoes and black socks.

May 7, 2019: rehearsal as usual

May 14, 2019: An informal “Social” will take place along with our regular rehearsal.

Anyone interested in learning more about playing with the concert band is welcome to attend/listen/play.

May 21, 2019 and ongoing: rehearsals as usual

BCB rehearsals take place Tuesdays from 7:00 pm (sharp!) to 9:00 pm.

Please arrive at 6:30 pm to help set up the chairs, music stands and equipment.

All rehearsals take place at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints,

280 Ormond Street, Brockville ON (map).

Drive into the large parking lot from Ormond Street, and enter the building via the door facing Ormond Street.

An accessible building entrance (with ramp and door openers) is located in the north wing of the building –

use the smaller parking lot off Maple/Elm Street.

Please do not bring tea or coffee to rehearsals.

Help us keep BCB rehearsals and performances free of

scented products such as cologne, perfume, after-shave, or hair spray.

The Band calendar for 2018-2019 is available here.
